“So what we’re trying to do is to offer an opportunity whereby customers can learn to motivate themselves and take initiative. To be able to introduce that is our passion.” –Shinya Tanaka, Circles Japan founder

Circles is a modest bike hub nestled in the heart of Nagoya that houses Earlybirds Cafe, a workshop, a paint shop, an NGO that seeks to improve lifestyles through biking, and of course, plenty of bikes. Each component of the shop is distinct yet tied together by the tight bond that is the Circles community. It’s easy to throw around that word ‘community’, but it’s unquestionable that whatever it means, Circles has made it.
